Weekly Photo Challenge: Resolved

First of all, this posting is submitted to answer the challenge from here.

Actually it hasn’t been resolved yet. It is one of my resolutions to fulfill this year. The goal is to lose at least 10 kg  in a year.

The one that “resolved” is that I put this formally as a goal.

The plan is…

  1. to reduce consuming carbohydrate, especially at night.
  2. exercise at least 30 minutes a day
